Depth-multiplexed ptychographic microscopy for high-throughput imaging of stacked bio-specimens on a chip

Abstract

We propose a novel on-chip depth-multiplexed ptychographic microscopy, enabling high-speed parallel imaging of multiple bio-specimens. By capturing the entire z-stacked specimens at once, it provides a long depth-of-field and efficient sample handling.
