Low-dissipated Power Design for the Optical Blass Matrix Architecture

Abstract

A low-dissipated power design is proposed for the optical Blass matrix architecture. The wasted dissipation power is reduced to the Extinction Ratio (ER) level, which means a 99.63% decrease compared with the existing method.
