61 nm generation from a tilted fiber grating based all-fiber mode locked Erbium doped laser

Abstract

By incorporating a tilted fiber grating in a dispersion managed fiber laser cavity, we have achieved ultrashort pulse generation with a flat spectral width of 61 nm from an all-fiber mode locked Erbium doped laser.
