Abstract
Surgical interventions become more and more complex. Therefore, technologies have been proposed to assist the surgeon in the many tasks he has to accomplish almost simultaneously. Previously introduced surgeon's assistance such as voice, mouth or chin control of the operating microscope have shown their limits.
