Nonlinear optical contrast enhancement in OCT

Abstract

We report on a new interferometric technique for measuring Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering and Second Harmonic Generation signals. The exploitation of these optical nonlinearities for molecular contrast enhancement in Optical Coherence Tomography is presented.
