Abstract
Fibre-based Fourier domain optical coherence tomography at central wavelength of 1310 nm and spectral range of 110 nm systems that can acquire 3-D in-vivo images in two seconds with high sensitivity of 112 dB is demonstrated. In-vivo measurements and volume distributions of caries lesions below a tooth resin filling, volume distribution of early caries lesion and alveolar bone were performed.
