Quantitative Measurements of Cerebral Blood Flow Obtained with a Time-Resolved Near-Infrared Technique

Abstract

A time-resolved near-infrared method for absolute cerebral blood flow measurements was developed. To validate the time-resolved technique, we compare it to our established continuous-wave method for quantitative brain perfusion measurements in new born piglets.
