Abstract
We report imaged-based intrinsic light-scattering single-cell analysis enabled by ultrafast asymmetric-detection time-stretch optical microscopy (line-scan rate >10 MHz) – achieving high-quality dual-contrast images with subcellular resolution at an imaging throughput of 120,000 cells/sec.
