A Spatially Weighted Filter Design for High Density Diffuse Correlation Tomography

Abstract

We propose a spatially weighted filter for both measurement and the Jacobian to achieve depth localization and removal of superficial interference in reconstructed blood flow using high density multi-speckle diffuse correlation tomography (M-DCT).
