Abstract
Semiconductor lasers with higher output power are required for various applications, such as range finding and as a laser electron simulator for shooting. To obtain higher output power and less light beam divergence, large optical cavity (LOG) GaAlAs semiconductor lasers have been fabricated by liquid epitaxy.
