Abstract

Micro lens arrays are now widely used in optical instruments such as copying machines, LED printers, facsimiles, and so on, A micro Fresnel lens1 (MFL) is an attractive optical device because of its thin structure, easy mass production, and easy integration with other optical elements.2 Therefore, when an MFL is used in lens arrays, these optical instruments become more compact and less costly.
