Abstract

In this paper, we describe laser processing of semiconductor films for fabricating integrated optoelectronic devices. As long as conventional growth techniques are used, integrated devices require a number of repetitions of etching and film regrowth. Laser-assisted chemical beam epitaxy (CBE), however, enabled us to fabricate them in one step growth.
