Abstract
In this paper we present the experimental studies on ultrafast relaxation of carriers in CuInS2xSe2(1−x) -doped glasses under picosecond excitation. We report on transient change of absorption observed in pump-probe experiments and dependence of transmission on the input intensity obtained from a single-beam measurement. Using the laser pulses (15 ps) at 1.15 eV we have studied transient absorption change as a function of excitation intensity. Samples of glasses containing CuInS2xSe2(1−x) microcrystalls with four different values of bandgap (1.06; 1.14; 1.17; 1.22 eV) are selected. The mean crystal diameter in our samples was 5-15 nm.
