Optical logic Operation in an Organic Multi-layered Smart Pixel Device

Abstract

The optical logic “OR” operation for two input light patterns has been successfully demonstrated in a multi-layered light transducer device consisting of an organic pigment film showing the large multiplied photocurrent and an OLED in addition to our previously reported “NOT” logic operation.
