680-nm multi-element laser-diode array for high-speed and high-resolution laser printers

Abstract

We developed a 680-nm-wavelength selectively buried ridge laser diode array for high-speed and high-quality laser printers. 14.15mA threshold current and stable optical power less than 5% deviation is obtained by these laser diodes.
