Detection of histamine using molecular imprinted hydrogel coated SPR based fiber optic probe

Abstract

In the present study, we report a surface plasmon resonance based fiber optic sensor for histamine detection utilizing molecular imprinted hydrogel as a sensing layer. The sensor works in the range 1-10 μM histamine concentration.
