Abstract
Double-exposure pulsed ruby-laser holographic interferometry has proved to be an extremely useful tool for visualization of flow patterns in steam turbine cascade tests.1 The interference fringes that are produced represent the pressure distribution in the test section as a contour map in which each fringe displays the spatial variation of a unique pressure value.
