Abstract
We explore a new arena of ultrafast microscopy capturing the femtosecond motion of an individual molecule. Entering a novel, single-electron tunneling regime with lightwave-driven scanning tunneling microscopy, we resolve femtosecond vibrations of a single molecule with sub-angstrom precision.
