Abstract
We propose a photorefractive nondestructive memory with optical feedback circuit. There is no need to employ the thermal and electrical fixing[1], and two-color recording[2]. In this memory system, stored data is rewritten by simultaneous illumination of reading beam and feedback beam that illuminates from opposite direction of reading beam, and all-optical nondestructive readout can be realized.
