Quantum Photonic chip-based Realization of Logic Gates

Abstract

Quantum logic gates are the backbones of quantum information processing (QIP), wherein the typical three-qubit Fredkin and Toffoli gates are essential in quantum computation and communication. Here we propose a scheme for realizing such kinds of three-qubit based on a programmable nonunitary matrix on a photonic chip.
