Nanoscale Soft X-ray Microscopy in the Laboratory for Biological Applications

Abstract

Nanoscale transmission x-ray microscopy bridges the resolution gap between light and electron microscopy, and a new laboratory soft x-ray source has extended its utility for imaging whole frozen hydrated unstained cells with <50 nm resolution. Article not available.
