Abstract
We report a mid-infrared femtosecond OPO based on CdSiP2 tunable across 6786-7069 nm, generating record power of 110-mW at 7µm, with passive power and wavelength stability below 3% rms (1-hour) and 0.1% rms (15-min), respectively.
