Abstract
We demonstrate electrically tunable terahertz metasurfaces employing multilayer graphene realized by repeated transfer and stacking of monolayer graphene. Such multilayer graphene plasmonic structures exhibit significant increase of plasmonic resonance frequency compared to monolayer graphene structures.
