Clinical detection of cervical dysplasia using angle-resolved low coherence interferometry

Abstract

We assess the diagnostic capability of a/LCI in vivo for cervical cancer detection. The nuclear diameter was determined from the a/LCI scans using a Mie theory and a wavelet based hybrid analysis, and the results were compared to histopathology.
