Abstract

It is demonstrated that digital holographic microscopy (DHM) permits label-free 3D tracking of multiple cells without mechanical focus realignment. Furthermore, by using multi-wavelength techniques in DHM, a significant reduction of amplitude and phase noise is achieved. Finally, results obtained by color DHM prospect subsequent refocusing of color images in the analysis of stained tissue sections.
