Abstract
We present three-dimensional (3D) fluorescence imaging of fluorescence beads and cancer cells by using a common-path off-axis incoherent digital holographic microscope. The proposed system could be an efficient tool for the single-shot measurement of various parameters of biological cells, tissues in the 3D field, and could find its applications in dynamic neural activities in the brain.
