Achieving the promise of femtosecond XFEL mesoscale imaging

Not Accessible

Abstract

X-ray free electron lasers (XFELs) produce intense, femtosecond, and coherent x-ray suitable for ultrafast imaging of materials in extremes. In this talk, we will discuss challenges and opportunities of imaging materials dynamics with XFELs.
