Abstract
Owing to their unique properties and wide applications, laser beams with cylindrical polarization symmetry have gained increasing interest [1-5]. In this paper, we demonstrate a method to launch cylindrical polarized modes into a optical fiber. The simplicity and flexibility provided by a fiber optic cylindrical vector beam source make it very attractive and will enable many new applications.
