Abstract
A semiconductor based, optically-injection locked coupled optoelectronic oscillator with long term feedback stabilization, operating at 10.24 GHz is presented. Optical supermode suppression, RF supermode noise spur suppression by 11 dB, and linewidth reduction is observed.
