Abstract
Image Mapping Spectrometer (IMS) is a snapshot hyperspectral imaging technique capable of providing full spectral information for entire fluorescent sample within a short 100-200 ms integration time. This paper presents an IMS system acquiring, analyzing and displaying datacube at 5-10 frame/sec rates. System design and imaging results for cells expressing GFP/YFP/CFP are discussed.
