Abstract
We report on the building of an experimental setup capable of generating and measuring inhomogeneous polarization states across the waist of a laser beam. A detailed description of its operation is presented. We calibrate the setup using the Eigenvalue Calibration Method, and show how this has been implemented. Measurements of the Stokes vectors of inhomogeneous polarization distributions are presented.
