Abstract
We designed an implantable glucose monitoring device combining a CMOS line sensor with a glucose-responsive fluorescent hydrogel. Optimizing the structure of the device successfully improved the sensitivity. An in vivo experiment shows that the device can measure blood glucose level with shorter response time than previously developed device.
