Quartz Enhanced Photoacoustic Spectroscopy for Human Breath Analysis

Abstract

Simultaneous monitoring of several trace gases requires source tunability and highly sensitive detection. A tunable ns MIR-OPO light source pumping a quartz-enhanced photoacoustic sensor serves this purpose. The sensor targets exhaled breath.
