Abstract
Time dependent level crossing models are quite useful tools for modeling a large variety of physical problems, including laser assisted molecular dynamics, atomic collisions and charge transfer processes, and microwave Stark effects. Such models have been useful in laser cooling and trapping, as well as in studying optical atoms. Our aim is to use these models in wave packet dynamics-studies of laser-molecule interactions. Of course, many applications are still waiting to be found.
