Abstract
A frequency-doubled laser is usually operated on the short-pulse (Q-Switching) and the continuous wave. However, a long-pulse frequency-doubled laser is often necessary for some applications of the laser, for example, to the research on the light scattering and to the medical treatments. Little research on the long-pulse (>1 ms) frequency-doubled lasers have been reported. In this paper, we shall report a long-pulse frequency-doubled Nd: YAlO3 laser for the first time.
