SHG and SFG: Brilliant Tools for Surface Studies

Abstract

Optical second-harmonic and sum-frequency generation has become increasingly important as viable tools for surface and interfacial studies. They have opened the door for many new areas of research. Recent advances in the field will be reviewed.
