Abstract
The stereodynamics of several bimolecular reactions have been interrogated using a linearly polarized laser pump, Doppler-resolved laser probe technique, under room temperature ‘bulb’ conditions. The strategy has provided not only product state resolved scalar information, such as excitation functions and/or product internal energy disposals, but also vectorial information on the correlated centre-of-mass (CM) angular distribution involving the reagent and product relative velocity vectors (K and k’) and the product rotational angular momentum vector (j’).
