Bioinspired UV-Visible Multispectral Imaging Sensor Enabled by Perovskite Nanocrystal Coating

Abstract

Inspired by the visual system of Papilio xuthus butterfly, we fabricated a ultraviolet-visible multispectral imager which combines perovskite nanocrystals and vertically stacked silicon photodetectors. High-resolution ultraviolet imaging with both intensity and spectral information was achieved.
