Detection and identification of liquids using reflection THz time-domain spectroscopy with principal component analysis and support vector machine algorithm

Abstract

46 different kinds of liquids inside a quartz glass cell were measured with reflection THz-TDS. The sample signals were analyzed with PCA and SVM algorithm in frequency domain and the liquids could be identified feasibly.
