Abstract
An infrared polarized light source is a powerful tool for material analysis in various fields, and lasers are widely used as infrared light sources in the current situation. It can emit strong infrared light with a narrow spectrum, but development of polarized and broadband light sources has not advanced yet. Moreover, lasers are usually complex and bulky, and the system becomes large.
