Abstract
An industrial trace-ammonia sensor based on photoacoustic spectroscopy and CO2 lasers has been developed with a minimum detectivity in the parts-per-billion range. This sensor is capable of making simultaneous measurements of up to twenty gas samples with an optically multiplexed arrangement of optoacoustic cells.
