Abstract
The three-dimensional (3D) microstructures of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) [PEDOT] were photofabricated in the transparent polymer sheet by multi-photon sensitized polymerization using a femtosecond laser. The dimeric compound of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (bis-EDOT) was employed to obtain the polymer product as the starting material. The processing precisions of the PEDOT 3D microstructures obtained in the transparent polymer sheet could be improved by optimization of the illumination conditions such as the repetition frequency of the femto-second laser.
