Abstract

We have fabricated YAlO₃:Gd³⁺ perovskite thin films by RF magnetron sputtering as free-standing membranes for optical nanoimaging systems. Homogeneous, robust and bright scintillators emerge a perfect candidate in high-resolution imaging.
