Diagnostic of low-pressure direct current helium microplasmas inside hollow capillary

Abstract

On the condition of voltage between electrodes up to 15KV, microplasmas generated in a hollow capillary(inner diameter 200μm). Gas temperature, electron density and electron temperature were carried out by optical emission spectroscopy measurements.
