Abstract

Multimode polymer optical waveguides with long spiral path using a perfluoropolymer are demonstrated. Spiral path length is 1.254m and NA is 0.26. Propagation loss at 1310, 1550, and 1650nm were 0.047dB/cm, 0.049dB/cm, 0.070dB/cm, respectively.
