Abstract
A high-sensitivity phase noise (PN) monitoring technique is proposed and demonstrated using a phase-asymmetric nonlinear loop mirror (PANLM). The phase-error variations from 4° to 52° are extracted with a sensitivity of 0.27 dB/degree.
