Abstract

A multichannel version of the Mamyshev regenerator [1] whose key component - a periodic-group-delay device - has a bandpass-filtering response, cannot operate in the regime reported in [2]. We find a new regime where the regenerator’s performance is robust both to such filtering and to considerable parameters’ variations.
