Application of a dynamic fulfill optical coherence microscopy system as a label-free cell counter

Abstract

This study applied a Logistic Regression model on cells measured with a dynamic fulfill optical coherence microscopy to count cells. Within a field of view of 1.2 mm2, 193 cells with 97% viability were detected.
