Abstract

A bidirectional 256-Gb/s PAM4 fiber-FSO converged system employing injection-locked VCSELs with polarization-multiplexing mechanism is constructed. This bidirectional fiber-FSO converged system is prominent due to its development for providing high downlink/uplink transmission rate with qualified performances.
