Abstract

High-power, narrow linewidth laser sources at 1.3-μm wavelength have important applications for CATV links, RF photonics, and interferometric sensors. Recently, a 130-mWsingle-mode distributed feedback (DFB) laser was demonstrated at 1.3 μn.1
